Lovely day

Yesterday was much too nice a day to go to work, especially with my glands imitating footballs. There were a few of inches of snow when we woke up, which were steadily added to during the day. Lots of lovely soft, white snow. So pretty. We stayed home, drank tea, watched the West Wing and had afternoon tea with our neighbours. Oh, and we made a snowman :) Photos to come when we finally have Internet access at home (don't get me started).

SNOW!!

Yesterday on the way to work we stopped along the way to throw snowballs at each other. SNOW!! We woke to find a couple of inches of white on everything (including the parsley, which was less than happy about it), and got very excited. The world looks so pretty in a white coat.
